Lester Ellorin
English Language Teacher/ Academic Coordinator
Hello, I’m Lester Ellorin from Davao City in the Philippines, proudly known as the Land of the Durian. Through my journey as an educator, I’ve come to understand that language learning is a deeply personal experience, with each student bringing their own dreams, ambitions, and sometimes fears about speaking a new language.
Seeing students gradually gain confidence and express their thoughts clearly is what reminds me that teaching is truly a labor of love. My experience includes teaching Conversational English, General English, Business English, and preparing students for international exams such as IELTS, PET, Movers, and Flyers, working with learners of different ages and backgrounds to help them strengthen their communication skills and succeed in a connected world.
Beyond teaching, I also serve as an Academic Coordinator and Learning Supervisor, supporting fellow educators and ensuring that classes run smoothly behind the scenes. After all, when teachers work together and support one another, the entire learning environment becomes stronger. As the saying goes, many hands make light work.
Outside the classroom, I find inspiration in acting, films, meaningful books, travel, and exploring new places. I also enjoy quiet walks with my dogs and sharing reflections about life, growth, and perseverance on social media. For me, teaching English has never been just a job but a meaningful journey built on connection, curiosity, and shared progress. Each student brings a unique story to the classroom, and helping them speak more confidently, think more clearly, and open doors to new opportunities reminds me that I am exactly where I am meant to be.

Ljubica Simonova
English Language Teacher
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." — Marianne Williamson
That quote has followed me for years, and it's quietly shaped everything about how I teach.
Growing up in North Macedonia, languages were never just school subjects. They were windows, escape routes, proof that the world was bigger than the town you were born in. English, in particular, felt like a key. Learning what it could unlock became an obsession, and eventually, a profession.
CELTA training, an IH Certificate in Teaching Business English, five years of B2B and B2C copywriting, teaching and academic management at Maltalingua School of English in Malta — the path has been anything but straight. But every turn added something: a sharper eye for how words persuade, a deeper respect for what it costs a grown adult to sit down and learn something new, a genuine curiosity about why language works the way it does.
One-on-one lessons, online, across every level from complete beginner to CPE candidate — the format changes, the students change, but my core question stays the same: what is this person actually afraid of, and how do we walk through it together?
That's why every lesson is built around you. Whether it's Business English for the boardroom, exam preparation for that next certificate, or simply finding the confidence to hold a conversation without freezing, the lesson is always personal and revolves around you.
Curious to know more? Message me and we’ll work on your English, together.
